Terms changes

Liftcue · Last updated November 3, 2026

This page lists what changed in the Liftcue Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on 3 November 2026 (version 2026-11-03). If you don’t agree, you can stop using Liftcue and delete your account at no cost: Me → Data & privacy → show advanced → Delete my account.

What changed on 3 November 2026

  • Age 16 and over, with a parent’s approval where the law requires it. You must be at least 16. If you are 16 or 17 and live where the law requires it (for example in some US states), you can use Liftcue only after a parent or guardian approves it through Apple Family Sharing or Google Family Link.
  • A fixed reply if you write about harming yourself. Spotter replies with a fixed message pointing you to a local helpline and emergency number. What you wrote is not sent to an AI model, and neither it nor the reply is saved to your chat history or analytics. Read more on the Spotter safety page.
  • Australian and New Zealand consumer guarantees. Nothing in the terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or any other consumer law that cannot be excluded.
  • Analytics is your choice. Until you choose, the app sends only anonymous usage events. Right after you sign up, we ask once whether you will share usage data linked to your account. You can change your answer at any time in Me → Data & privacy. If we know you are under 18, we never ask and keep analytics anonymous.
  • What deleting your health data covers. Delete my data instead removes your measurements, Apple Health and Health Connect data, heart and pain data, scans and photos, injury and body notes, your Spotter chat history, and the insight cards built from them: injury check-ins, body-scan cards, workout debriefs that mention pain, strength-profile and strength-balance cards, weekly and monthly recaps, goal cards and the end-of-routine overview. See the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
