Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Liftcue app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Liftcue.

Health & safety — please read

Liftcue provides general fitness information and AI-generated training suggestions. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. AI-generated programs and coaching may contain errors or be unsuitable for you — use your own judgment, stop if you feel pain, and train at your own risk.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

Licence

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Liftcue for your own non-commercial training. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or its content.

Subscriptions & billing

• Free 7-day trial (no card). New users receive 7 days of Premium at no cost and without entering any payment method. It does not auto-renew and you are never charged for it. When it ends, your account simply moves to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe.
• Paid plans. Premium and Elite are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the price shown at purchase.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a paid subscription.
• Restore. Use “restore purchases” on the paywall to recover an active subscription on a new device.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Liftcue to break the law, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the service, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and provide the features you use (see our Privacy Policy).

Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injuries arising from your use of training content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using Liftcue and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
